2.) Bend uprights 1/8” - 3/8” (3.12-9.52mm) thick without any adjustments. (Largest slot size is 1/2" (12.7mm) wide)
3.) Close bends directly from the joint without the need of clamping it in a vise. (M-L bend Only, and point of contact must be at the edge otherwise joint may seperate, and cover joint with leather to prevent mark)
4.) Safer anterior / posterior bends without slipping in the horizontal slots.
5.) Safety channel to fit vise jaws up to 1” wide to prevent it from slipping out just in case the vise gets loose or
if there is too much weight in the device. (Vise Model)
if your vise jaws are over 1" (25.4mm) a fill plate will be supplied so it can be clamped on a flat surface.
The Bench Model is supplied with 2-3/4” long grade 8 hex bolts, so there is no need for a vise.
(Since there is no vise there is about a 4" height loss, but still allows enough room for KAFO adjustments)
